Children
Children under 4 travel free and are not entitled to a separate seat.
Children aged 4 to 12 receive a 50% discount on the full fare.
Passengers over 12 pay the full fare.
Ticket refunds
Used tickets are refundable only when the reason for the refund is attributable to CFC.
Unused tickets can be refunded by the ticket clerk during the same shift. Otherwise, the passenger must complete the form available at stations.

Who is eligible?
Middle and high school pupils who present a school identity card issued by CFC.
What is the discount?
- 25% off all main-line journeys: Bastia – Ajaccio, Bastia – Calvi and Ajaccio – Calvi.
When is it valid?
From 1 September to 7 July.
How do I obtain a school identity card?
The school identity card is issued free of charge by the Corsican Railways. Complete the application form available at stations or via the link below, and provide proof of school enrolment and an identity photograph. Return the completed form to a station of your choice. The card will be available at the same station within 72 hours.
Senior residents

Corsican residents aged 60 or over can receive a 50% discount throughout the year by presenting an identity document and proof of their address in Corsica, such as a bill.
No discount applies to suburban services in Bastia, Ajaccio or Balagne.
War pensioners and people with disabilities

On presentation of supporting documentation, discharged service personnel and war pensioners, as well as civilians with disabilities, receive a 50% discount on the full fare. The accompanying person travels free of charge.

School season ticket

The school subscription is for middle and high school students. It allows unlimited travel for one month (example: from the 5th of the current month to the 4th of the following month), from the pupil’s home to the station serving their school.
To obtain a subscription, the pupil must hold a school identity card, issued free of charge by the Railways of Corsica. To acquire this card, they must complete their application for a school identity card by clicking on the link below.
Once they have this card, passengers must pay the season-ticket price for their chosen route (see below).
The school season-ticket price depends on the number of zones travelled through (see the zone breakdown below).

- 1 zone (outside Bastia’s urban transport area) : 42 €
- 2 zones and more: 65 €
Example: If your school is in Bastia and you live in Lucciana, the price will be 42 € (1 zone), if you live in Vivario and your school is in Ajaccio, your rate will be 65 € (2 zones).

Tout Public season ticket

The Tout Public season ticket allows unlimited travel for 30 consecutive days on the route selected when applying for a travel card.
To obtain a Tout Public season ticket, the user must hold a subscriber card (valid for one year), issued free of charge by the Railways of Corsica. To acquire this card, the applicant must complete their application by clicking on the link below.
Once they have this card, passengers must pay the season-ticket price for their chosen route (see below).
The Tout Public season-ticket price depends on the number of zones travelled through (see the zone breakdown below).

Student season ticket

The student card is intended for high school students residing in boarding schools, students with a baccalaureate (or equivalent) carrying out higher studies (initial or apprenticeship) as well as apprentices (CAP, BEP, etc.). It is financed by the Collectivité Territoriale de Corse, and offers free transport on the route between the student's home and the station serving the establishment attended.
To obtain the student card, the applicant must complete his card request by clicking on the link below and pay the application fees (amounting to € 20).
The card issued will be valid from September 1 to July 7 of the academic year.

Replacement card
If the transport card is lost, stolen or damaged, a replacement containing the subscription may be issued by the commercial department of the Chemins de Fer de la Corse. This service costs €10.

Bastia suburban service
The suburban service in Bastia, composed of two sections, is subject to special fares.
The sections are:
- Bastia - Biguglia
- Biguglia - Casamozza
Single ticket
The ticket is available in the stations of Bastia, Furiani, Borgo and Casamozza as well as in the suburban trains of Bastia.
For children aged 4 to 12, the price for 1 or 2 sections is 2 €.
For adults, the price for a section is 2 €, the price for two sections is 4 €.
Example: if you go from Casatorra to Montesoro, the fare will be € 2, on the other hand, if you go from Bassanese to Tragone, the fare will be € 4 (Tragone being further than Biguglia).
10-section ticket
The 10-section ticket, valid only for Corsican residents, is priced at 10 €. It is available only in the stations of Bastia, Furiani, Borgo and Casamozza. Each box covers one section.
Ajaccio suburban service
The suburban service in Ajaccio, composed of a single section, is subject to special fares.
Single ticket
The ticket is available in the stations of Ajaccio and Mezzana as well as in the suburban trains of Ajaccio.
The price is 2 € per section.
Example: if you go from Mezzana to Salines or Ricanto to Effrico, the price will be 2 €.
10-section ticket
The 10-section ticket, valid only for Corsican residents, is priced at 10 €. It is available only in the stations of Ajaccio and Mezzana. Each box covers one section.
Balagne suburban service
The suburban service in Balagne, composed of three sections, is subject to special fares.
The sections are:
- Ile Rousse - Marine de Davia
- Marine de Davia - Camp Raffalli (GR20)
- Camp Raffalli (GR20) - Calvi
Single ticket
The ticket is available in the stations of Ile-Rousse and Calvi as well as in the suburban trains of Balagne.
For children aged 4 to 12, the fare for 1 or 2 sections is 2 € and 3 € for 3 sections.
For adults, the fare for a section is 2 €, the fare for two sections is 4 € and the fare for three sections is 6 €.
Example: if you go from Calvi to Camp Raffalli (GR20), the fare will be € 2, if you go from Ile-Rousse to Sainte-Restitude, the fare will be € 4 (Sainte-Restitude being further than Marine de Davia), if you go from Calvi to Ile-Rousse, the fare will be 6 € as you go through all three sections.
10-section ticket
The 10-section ticket, valid only for Corsican residents, is priced at 10 €. It is available only in the stations of Calvi and Ile-Rousse. Each box covers one section.

Who is eligible?
Groups of at least 10 people travelling together on a single or return journey.
What are the discounts?
- 20% off during the red period, from 1 June to 30 September.
- 30% off during the blue period, from 1 October to 31 May.
- For groups of more than 15 people, one person travels free; a second free place is available for 50 paying passengers.
What are the exceptions?
Group fares do not apply to suburban services in Bastia, Balagne or Ajaccio.
Pass Liberta

Unlimited travel for 7 consecutive days.
Pass Liberta allows unlimited travel across the Corsican Railways network for 7 consecutive days. It is issued in your name and is non-transferable.

Left-luggage facilities are available at some stations on presentation of an identity document. Please note: luggage cannot be accepted when the Vigipirate security plan is activated.

- Per bag or item deposited and collected on the same day.
- Per bag or item, for each additional 24-hour period.
- Per bicycle, per 24-hour period.
Dogs and small pets

Dogs and small pets that are not carried in a container, such as a pet carrier or cage, are charged 50% of the full fare and must be muzzled.
Without a container, small dogs may be held in the passenger’s arms. They travel free with season-ticket holders on suburban services.
